We seek a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

  • Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including specialized knowledge in Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and workflows in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.
  • Proven ability to design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that meet industry-specific requirements.
  • Strong experience with regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.
  • Proficient in API integrations, data modeling, and enterprise-level Salesforce architecture.
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements using Salesforce capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Track record of providing strategic guidance and acting as a trusted advisor for Salesforce-related initiatives.
  • Ability to lead training and enablement efforts, driving user adoption and maximizing platform value.
  • Up-to-date on trends, innovations, and best practices in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences domains.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Life Sciences Cloud Consultant, or Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and analytics within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $180,000 - $210,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
