Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will perform development, testing, and delivery across the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with emphasis on Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, multiple development projects, and relevant certifications. This is a remote role supporting a national US client base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Salesforce consulting experience with at least 5 development projects.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification.
• 3+ years' experience developing Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, and Triggers.
• 2+ years' experience in SFDC developing Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Triggers.
• Knowledge of APIs, SFDC Integration, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and DevOps CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation on Salesforce platform.
• Develop Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations.
• Serve as escalation point with PM and stakeholders.
• Prepare/test scripts and conduct unit testing.
• Provide training and leadership to project team.
• Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages with high test coverage.

Our Sr. Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Sr. Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform

• Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions
• Act as first point of escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders
• Prepare/Review Test Scripts and Unit testing of changes
• Provide training, support, and leadership to the larger project team
• Develop Apex Class and Visual force pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards
• Develop Apex Test classes with a minimum of 90% coverage as all functionalities and bulk operations might be validated.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a Salesforce consulting role that include completing at least 5 projects in a development role
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Sales or Service Cloud Certification
• 3+ years' experience developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes, creating Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, Visualforce Pages and Triggers
• 2+ years' experience in SFDC Developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
• 6 months+ knowledge/usage in the following:

• APIs
• SFDC Integration
• Web Services, REST API/SOAP
• DevOps process and CI:CD toolset
• Sharing and Data visibility - Role hierarchy, user management, profiles etc
• Usage of different asynchronous coding techniques
• Developing Flows

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00-$87.50/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
