What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Strategically plan and optimize the assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
• Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
• Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
• Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation tools within Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with Apex or custom scripting
• Background in large Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience building in Sandbox and deploying changes to production environments
• Experience with large data sets and project leadership
