Responsibilities

Gather requirements and analyze feasibility with stakeholders.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Manage data imports/exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
Develop and execute test plans (unit/integration/system).
Provide end-user training and support on Salesforce.
Collaborate with TA and Developers to support implementation.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
