Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for Banking and Financial Services clients. The role emphasizes FSC, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and integration with external banking systems, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will lead architecture, design, and governance, mentor teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive secure, compliant implementations. Remote in USA; salary range $150k–$180k with Cognizant incentive programs and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience with Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio in large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio).

Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote in USA

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Omni Studio, and Marketing Cloud to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. The role requires strong architecture, integration, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Design and implement solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud
• Build customer onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.

• Banking Domain with wealth experience will be great ,Exeperience in leading team and providing solutions ,Hands on is good to have, strong communication, problem solving skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/16/2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 150,000– $ 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
