Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Salesforce architect to lead architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while challenging and documenting business requirements. You will own the as-is assessment and future-state architecture and run senior client governance, coordinating consultants and developers.

In addition to deep Salesforce expertise, the role values mentoring others and contributing to practice assets and patterns. US-based with travel to client sites, CTA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Business‑analysis, solution‑architecture and strategy skills.
• Track record of documenting requirements.
• US-based with ability to travel to client sites.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
• Exposure to NetSuite and Salesforce–ERP reconciliation is a plus.
