Role Overview

BEPC, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Software Developer to join our team in supporting a public sector agency. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations, to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a remote position available to candidates residing within Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, studying systems flow, and adhering to coding standards and change control practices.
• Implement robust solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Design and execute system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols like OAuth.
• Collaborate with an Agile development team to meet deliverable timelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Document solutions, perform root cause analysis for defects, and ensure seamless application support across multiple environments.
• Design and optimize Salesforce solutions, including custom development and configuration (Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder).
• Conduct peer reviews, testing, and on-call support as required.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, implementing secure and high-performance solutions.
• End-to-end knowledge of Salesforce program development: migrations, integrations, and upgrades (Classic to Lightning).
• Proven experience in SDLC processes, coding standards, and version management.

Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps technologies (CI/CD pipeline, Flosum, Git).
• 2+ years of experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Agile Software Development Methodologies experience.
• Start Date: December 16, 2024
• End Date: May 16, 2025
• Location: Remote (Texas-based candidates only).
