Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Sr Functional Analyst, Sitetracker (P3) to partner with stakeholders and translate needs into Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions. You will gather requirements, configure, customize, and enhance the platform while collaborating with QA, Development, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous platform improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related fields.
• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience using C++, C#, Java, and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform and SiteTracker.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects from requirements through production.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce/SiteTracker including Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and business automations.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL as needed.
• Configure SiteTracker modules, workflows, forms, and business processes.
• Support integrations using Salesforce APIs and REST services.
• Participate in solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and SiteTracker best practices.
