Job summary

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds and custom apps. You will design scalable data models, define integration patterns and oversee governance for secure, compliant deployments.

You will mentor developers, admins, and junior architects while coordinating with ERP, cloud platforms, and legacy systems. Remote-ready with enterprise-scale responsibilities and ongoing Salesforce modernization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years engineering experience with 7+ years as a Salesforce/MuleSoft architect.
• Salesforce Certification: System Architect and Platform Developer II preferred.
• Experience in SAML/OIDC, PIV/CAC identity strategies for large datasets.
• Enterprise deployments in healthcare or finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom apps.
• Design data models and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events) to ensure scalability.
• Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for declarative and programmatic development.
• Evaluate Lightning Web Components and Apex implementations and conduct code reviews.
• Manage integrations with ERP, Azure/AWS, and legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architecture and mentor teams.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases to leverage the latest capabilities.

A Senior Salesforce Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing and governing core technical frameworks (security, data models, CI/CD ensuring scalable, FedRAMP-compliant integration between Salesforce and legacy mainframes/systems of record
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
• Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events, External Services) and ensure system scalability
• Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for declarative and programmatic development
• Evaluate and guide Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex implementations and conduct code reviews
• Manage integration with external systems such as ERP, Azure/AWS, and legacy platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architecture and mentor developers, admins, and junior architects
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, ensuring solutions leverage the latest capabilities
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and integration tools like Mulesoft and ETL solutions
• Architectural Skills: Multi-cloud architecture design, event-driven architecture, data governance, scalable data models, and solution performance tuning
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of Salesforce security model, Shield, OAuth, and adherence to compliance standards
• Development & Deployment: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps) and data migration strategies (Data Loader, Bulk APIs),
• Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to bridge technical solutions with business objectives
  

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 7+ years as a TA on Salesforce/MuleSoft; Salesforce Certified System Architect+ Platform Developer II+ AI Specialist required
• Certifications: Salesforce Architecture Track certifications are typically required
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) may be preferred for enterprise implementations
• Expert in SAML/OIDC PIV/CAC identity implementation, LDV strategies for millions of citizen records, and Agentforce/Data Cloud intelligence
