Job summary

Virtusa is seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead delivery across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects. You will partner with product owners, analysts, developers, admins, and QA to guide agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure on-time sprint goals.

The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.
• Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.
• Operated in fast-paced implementation, not just O&M.
• Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
• Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Scrum Master certification preferred, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• GC or Citizen only.
• Salesforce configuration or admin capabilities are a huge plus.
