Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to client calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately.
• Look up and communicate results to clients as needed.

• Onboard new clients into internal systems including LIMS.
• Escalate complex issues to the team lead when appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance across interactions and data handling.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services to existing customers.
• Support data quality across systems used by the team.
