Salesforce Sales Cloud and Introhive Platform Lead

KPMG is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Introhive Platform Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid work role involves overseeing platform management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily management, support, and operations of the Introhive application.
  2. Provide production support and conduct data quality reviews for onboarded firms.
  3. Maintain current connectors/integrations with Sales Cloud, Introhive, and Marketing platforms; coordinate additional integrations as needed.
  4. Manage delivery of enhancements to app exchange products, campaigns, and marketing functionalities within Sales Cloud.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requests for platform enhancements.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum five years of recent experience in agile delivery methodology implementing Salesforce and Introhive solutions.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Salesforce certifications preferred.
  3. Experience with agile development, waterfall deployment, and platform management; proactive attitude and end-to-end task ownership.
  4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  5. Proficiency in configuring and administering Sales Cloud or Service Cloud; knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps tools like GIT and JIRA.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
