WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) is a market leading native content security solution. It allows Salesforce customers to use the platform at speed and scale for sales and customer service, while reducing risk and ensuring compliance.

On the AppExchange since 2016, CPSF now has over $15m ARR and over 275 customers including the likes of ABN AMRO, Coca Cola and Yahoo.

The Salesforce Sales and Alliances Executive is a junior role with potential for growth and promotion. It has three key responsibilities: partner business development with Salesforce, business development representative (BDR) activity driving sales leads and opportunities with prospect customers and renewals support – helping existing CPSF customers to renew and expand their use of CPSF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase engagement with focus teams at Salesforce (ISV, Core Sales, Platform, Service, Agentforce) and record contact details, conversations, follow up actions and leads on FellowForce (WithSecure Salesforce CRM).
  • Sales enablement activities with Salesforce sales and technical teams – regular presentation of the WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce value proposition.
  • Outbound sales calling and other outreach methods to existing leads and net new end customer contacts eg a CISO working for a pharmaceuticals company with heavy use of Salesforce.
  • Supporting renewals manager to renew and expand contracts with existing CPSF customers in North America.
  • Support global alliance manager objectives and GTM plans in North America, EMEA and APJ.
  • Support WithSecure field sales teams in the above markets when identifying, prospecting and selling to end customers (security decision makers using Salesforce in medium-large organisations).
  • Support WithSecure attendance at events – for example we have been sponsors at Dreamforce in San Francisco in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous new business sales and/or account management experience
  • Resilience, energy, enthusiasm, and desire to build a successful partnership with prospects, customers and Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Relationship skills for establishing deep relationships with the right decision makers and effective business development
  • Value selling skills, uncovering real needs by asking smart, open questions and listening and capturing carefully the feedback
  • Business planning skills and operational excellence using CRM and other sales tools effectively
  • The ability to work remotely with a line manager in the UK and support and a dotted line to WithSecure team in North America
  • An opportunity for you to work remotely and/or from our co-working New York office location if needed. There is also requirement to travel to Salesforce locations in North America and beyond and to other international WithSecure offices as necessary.

  • Knowledge and / or qualifications in MEDDIC sales methodology.
