Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist to take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Quote-to-Cash solutions. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a strong grasp of EPC, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition. You’ll guide enterprise clients through strategic transformations while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its core components—EPC, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet client-specific needs, particularly in Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Project Leadership: Lead technical project phases—from requirements gathering through to delivery—ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal product teams and external partners to explore new use cases and revenue optimization opportunities.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct knowledge sessions, workshops, and internal enablement to elevate team capabilities.
- Innovation Tracking: Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and new capabilities to inform strategic planning.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition
- Participation in at least two full-lifecycle implementations of Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing
- In-depth knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and solution delivery
- Strong technical skills: Salesforce Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Integration tools
- Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ/Billing certifications (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with complementary Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud
- Consulting experience in complex client environments
