• Define scalable architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
• Own high-level and detailed design documents.
• Drive solution walkthroughs and design reviews with technical and business teams.
• Provide integration and data design between Salesforce and ERP/Finance systems.
• Guide deployment planning, release management, and post-go-live stabilization.
