CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team at University of Maryland Global Campus in Adelphi, MD. You will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs, reporting to the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technical teams, adherence to best practices, and active participation in reviews, testing, and deployments. A strong foundation in Apex, LWCs, and integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Data Loader).
• Understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Developer supports the ongoing growth of the Salesforce Program by delivering new features and maintaining existing solutions within our Salesforce environment. This role works closely with business and technical teams to design, build, and implement solutions that align with best practices and business needs. The resource reports to the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect.
