Job Description :-
  • Experience designing software testing strategies at a tech company.
  • Highly developed software troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent bug reporting ability and experience with bug tracking systems.
  • Prior experience with QA automation tools.
Preferred:
  • Salesforce platform experience.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and companies.
  • Experience with complex, data-driven B2B products.
  • Prior experience querying (SQL, SOQL, etc) relational databases.
  • Prior programming experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize exploratory testing techniques to test new features and bug fixes.
  • Design and implement test plans – using your knowledge of the development life cycle and test methodologies to design efficient test coverage.
  • In an Agile environment, collaborate with developers to continuously improve testing strategies and best practices.
  • Focus on early bug detection, working with developers to apply requirements analysis and the refining of acceptance criteria.
  • Work in a small, very collaborative environment where processes may be fluid.
  • Actively participate with a growing team as the company expands.
  • Help extend QA tool set, including some work with automation strategies.
