Job Description:Salesforce QA Consultant Advanced Health Cloud
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Consultant with strong Health Cloud expertise to validate complex healthcare workflows, integrations, and compliance requirements. The consultant will work closely with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of Health Cloud solutions, focusing on patient-centric processes, regulatory compliance, and advanced Omnistudio testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases specific to Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Validate Health Cloud data models (patients, providers, care plans, claims, authorizations, referrals).
- Test Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
- Perform end-to-end testing for clinical workflows, patient journeys, and healthcare integrations (EHR, payer, provider systems).
- Conduct API testing for HL7/FHIR and other healthcare-specific integrations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulatory standards during testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support functional, regression, UAT, and automation testing.
- Report and track defects, working with dev teams for resolution.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Health Cloud data models & processes (Care Plans, Clinical Data, Payer/Provider workflows).
- Hands-on testing of Omnistudio components.
- Strong API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, SOAPUI; healthcare APIs like HL7/FHIR preferred).
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy/security in healthcare systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Test Automation in Salesforce environments (Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, etc.).
- Performance testing experience (JMeter, k6).
- Familiarity with integration to EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).
