Accountabilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycles, including scope, schedule, and financials to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, acting as the primary contact for enterprise clients throughout implementation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive client engagement, and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with consultants to support solution design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for AI and Salesforce projects, guiding Agile execution and SDLC processes.
  • Oversee CRM and AI system integrations, ensuring effective multi-platform coordination and data transfer.
  • Proactively assess risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote a collaborative and energetic team environment aligned with strategic project goals.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce platform implementations.
  • Proven background in professional services or consulting environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project estimation, SOW drafting, and change order handling.
  • Salesforce Admin certification required; Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
