Job summary

Brite Systems in Idaho seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to lead cloud-based Salesforce and Force.com implementations, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and guiding projects to successful delivery for multiple clients.

You will manage client relationships, project scope, budgets, and timelines, while mentoring team members and ensuring cloud solutions meet high quality standards. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years project management experience with Salesforce enterprise implementations.
• Salesforce certifications required, PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more Salesforce projects for customers with day-to-day leadership.

Job Description

The Salesforce Project Manager will oversee one or more projects for our customers providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce and Force.com platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success.
• Manage the overall client relationship, have full command of the client business model, and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs.
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships.
• Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality cloud solutions.
• Monitors project status and assesses risk in process, people, and/or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly.
• Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
• Leverage a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite to validate key design options and present proposal solution designs and implementations.
• Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Cultivate and manage highly functional teams comprised of Company and client resources through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and general care to project team members.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent
• 7+ years project management experience in (Salesforce enterprise implementation required)
• salesforce.com certifications (Required)
• PMP certifications is required
• Previous Salesforce.com project management and delivery experience
• Government contracting experience with professional services/consulting organization a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate, willingness to learn new technologies, proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and reliability.
• Strong team player with exceptional writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites and internal meetings.
