Job summary

Kainos Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst in Glen Allen, VA (Hybrid) to enhance and support a production Salesforce application.

You will implement enhancements, resolve production defects, and maintain Salesforce functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable deployments and system integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with real-time Copado deployment exposure.
• Experience implementing enhancements and resolving production defects in Salesforce.
• Experience with production support, defect remediation, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and support Salesforce applications in production.
• Troubleshoot defects, implement fixes, and validate deployments.
• Collaborate with QA, product and operations to ensure smooth releases.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and support a recently developed Salesforce application deployed to production. The candidate will be responsible for implementing enhancements, resolving production defects, and maintaining Salesforce functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex (Classes and Triggers).
• Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative configuration.
• Copado CI/CD – source control, deployment and release management.
• Apex Unit Testing and Code Coverage.
• Production defect troubleshooting and remediation.
• Jira – User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Defect Tracking.
• Salesforce security, Permission Sets and Validation Rules.
• Technical documentation and release management.

Good To Have

• Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI and Prompt Builder.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Government/Public Sector Salesforce implementation experience.

Key Requirement

Candidates must have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience along with real-time Copado deployment experience and production support/defect remediation exposure.
