Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and administration of Salesforce environments.
• Make small Apex changes and configure Lightning Flows; manage integrations.
• Develop reports/dashboards and data loads per requirements.
• Create and maintain technical and SOP documentation for Salesforce.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends and enhancements for the environment.
• Collaborate in Agile settings using ADO, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
