Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce platforms, product management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery, and will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product management experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong experience in Product Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Proficient in Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms.
• Manage the Salesforce product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Work with Salesforce architects, developers, admins, and QA to deliver.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive platform optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and adoption.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership.
