Job description

You will own the strategy, stability, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem, the platform that powers pipeline management, referral generation, partner engagement, and post-settlement intelligence. In this role, you will directly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across the organization.

This is a newly created role requiring a hands-on leader who is comfortable building and scaling a modern, AI-ready Salesforce platform from the ground up. You will establish the architecture, governance, operating processes, and delivery practices needed to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and effectively managed over time.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a mission-critical business platform within a fast-growing financial services company, driving both near-term business outcomes and long-term digital transformation.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
  • You are energized by creating and transforming capabilities, not simply maintaining existing systems.
  • You continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, streamline workflows, and improve the end-user experience.
  • You use metrics, user feedback, and operational insights to prioritize investments and measure success.
  • You can effectively partner with sales, operations, technology, compliance, and executive leadership to align priorities and expectations.
  • You are comfortable leading organizational change, driving adoption, and helping teams embrace new ways of working.
  • You can operate independently, make informed decisions, and move initiatives forward in a fast-paced, growing organization.
