Job summary

Apexon is seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations, while following best practices and ensuring high-quality code.

You will create reusable components, optimize performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable platform solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and a focus on QA and production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, including triggers, asynchronous processing, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data security, OWD, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Experience building automation using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code, source control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with testing, documentation, debugging, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, including triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.
• Develop and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Build and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
