Job summary
Axos Bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President Salesforce Development Manager to lead architectural direction for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities) and integrations across our enterprise. You will own technical delivery, options assessment, and drive code reviews while coaching Salesforce Developers in an agile environment.
The role reports onsite at our San Diego HQ or at Centennial, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Irvine, CA offices, and requires guiding teams to align
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years’ Salesforce.com experience in an enterprise-level environment (200+ users).
- 5+ years’ experience as a Certified Salesforce Developer and Certified Salesforce Technical/Application Architect.
- 3+ years’ APEX and VisualForce development.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SharePoint, MarketingCloud, CONGA and other systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Salesforce customizations and Service Cloud features.
- Own technical delivery, options, and code reviews across projects.
- Mentor developers and enforce architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate in an Agile project environment to deliver solutions.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and integration reliability.
