Job summary

Flosum, a Salesforce-native DevSecOps platform leader, seeks a Senior Technical Architect to own end-to-end system architecture across Salesforce and Node.js. You will lead and coach developers, set engineering standards, and make final technical decisions to keep delivery on track.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, ramping up Node.js talent into Salesforce, and driving velocity while removing bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Salesforce experience at the architecture level.
• Proven experience as a technical architect.
• Hands-on Node.js experience in production systems.
• Experience managing developers and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and end-to-end delivery.
• Own team performance and output quality.
• Guide and mentor developers directly, not via layers.
• Ramp-up Node.js developers into Salesforce with hands-on guidance.
