Job summary

HIKE2 is seeking a Salesforce Omnistudio Solution Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and lead design across OmniStudio tools, integrations, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and help shape best practices while supporting pre-sales and client engagements with technical discovery and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and design focus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Expertise in OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures.
• Strong REST/SOAP API, integration patterns and data modeling.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions with OmniStudio tools including FlexCards and OmniScripts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor through implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, PMs and stakeholders to define strategies.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and participate in architecture reviews.
• Develop solution architecture docs, specs, integration designs and standards.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce teams.

HIKE2 is looking for a Salesforce Omnistudio Solution Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, designing scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions that leverage OmniStudio and the broader Salesforce platform. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into thoughtful technical architectures. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformational Salesforce solutions while helping shape best practices across our Salesforce Practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and Salesforce platform capabilities.

• Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio tools , including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and related technologies.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical architectures.

• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solution strategies.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture reviews.

• Develop solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and implementation standards.

• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration technologies.

• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and data integrity.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and consultants.

• Review proposed solutions and code to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform innovations, OmniStudio capabilities, and emerging Salesforce technologies.

• Contribute to internal Salesforce methodologies, reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.

• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, technical discovery, estimates, proposals, and client presentations when needed.

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience , with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio .

• Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Industry Cloud technologies

• Salesforce APIs and integrations

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries/Industry Cloud is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
