Job Title: Developer III

Strong understanding of applications/development, quality assurance and integration methodologies, concepts and facilities in a mainframe, midrange, and/or PC/LAN environment. Strong analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates logical abstract thinking and assimilating/adhering to project goals and deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of interpersonal skills/team building. Familiar with project management concepts. Pays attention to detail. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

Day To Day: This developer will primarily be focused on the MyPep 2.0 Salesforce application – handling production support tickets, enhancement projects and potential input on design. This position is primarily focused on Salesforce technologies, not general web development.

Requirements

• Minimum required software and other tools: Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, and development tools and their usage in the company.
• Must have 4 years of application development, systems testing, or other job-related experience.
• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another job‑related degree; equivalently, 4 years of job‑related work experience or 2 years of job‑related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another job‑related degree.
• Required technologies: Salesforce OmniStudio, Salesforce Flows.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Apex, Integration and Administration.
• Soft skills: Great communication skills is key as there is a lot of interaction with the business/customers, reliable, honest, fast learner and thorough.

Work Environment

Customer‑focused, project‑oriented programming environment. Fast paced, multi‑platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

Location and Hours

• Location: Columbia, SC, 29223.
• Hours: 9am – 5pm, overtime as needed.
• Partial onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite and as needed.
• Interviews: Remote.
