Job summary

Touchpoints is seeking a Salesforce OmniScript Developer to build and configure industry-specific solutions. The role requires 5+ years in Omni Script, Visualforce, Apex, LWC and Aura development, with strong Omni Studio skills including Omni Script and Data Raptors. Hybrid work is available and a relevant IT degree is expected.

We are hiring a Salesforce OmniScript Developer to build, and configure industry-specific solutions.

• More than five years of hands-on experience in developing with Omni Script, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Strong expertise in utilizing Omni Studio tools such as Omni Script and Data Raptors.
• Good to have Omni Studio Developer Certification.
• Prior experience in the Public or Federal Sector domain is preferred.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Workflows, Process Builders, Analyze functional requirements, create technical designs, and communicate them effectively to the team.
• Participate in practice-level initiatives, including the development of reusable assets, solutions, and accelerators.
• Available for a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelors /Masters in IT or relevant fields with strong communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
