Qualifications

Job Title: Salesforce / nCino Business Analyst

Location: Woburn, MA (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)

About the Opportunity:

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Salesforce / nCino Business Analyst to support a regional banking organization. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technical leadership to understand the information business vision and roadmap, document detailed business requirements, and drive alignment, quality, and delivery of features. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce experience (nCino highly preferred) along with proven ability to work across commercial lending, finance, operations, security, and compliance stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
• Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes and develop system prototypes that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create and implement precise management plans for projects with transparent communication at all levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Partner with stakeholders across Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, Security, and Compliance to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis; deliver monthly status reports.
• Author and update internal and external documentation; formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Build strong relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to managerial/executive questions with supporting research and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce (nCino experience strongly preferred).
• Proven analytical abilities and experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
• Ability to work on-site in Woburn, MA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with nCino.
• Banking or financial services domain experience (Commercial Lending preferred).
• Experience working with Security, Compliance, Finance, or Operations stakeholders in a regulated environment.
