Job Summary

Our onshore IT team is seeking a full-time Salesforce/MuleSoft Solution Architect (REMOTE) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, end-to-end business solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft integration platform. This role guides technical implementation, oversees offshore development teams, and ensures excellence throughout project execution. Our ideal candidate is an experienced solution architect with a proven track record designing and implementing complex Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations across large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Business Solution Design: Design comprehensive business solutions utilizing Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft. Translate business needs into scalable architecture, integrating industry best practices and platform capabilities.
  • User Story Development: Develop detailed, testable user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize backlogs.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Lead and mentor a team of offshore Salesforce and MuleSoft developers. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while coordinating across technical and business teams.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Oversight: Implement and manage secure, automated CI/CD pipelines across all environments. Ensure version control, automated testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Advise QA teams to define robust testing strategies and validate feature delivery to maintain high-quality code and release integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align technical solutions with business strategy.
Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be a substitute for formal education.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions across multiple Salesforce modules and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing offshore teams and delivering large-scale technical projects.
  • Proficiency in Agile development, user story creation, and project planning.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Certifications:

  • Required: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect)
  • : MuleSoft certifications
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in the United States. The role requires consistent access to a quiet, professional home office environment with a reliable internet connection. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
