Your Impact The Salesforce Media Cloud Business Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce Media Cloud to support the order-to-cash process for Lowe's Media Network. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is configured for maximum efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption, all while driving revenue generation goals. They will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, overseeing all aspects of Salesforce Media Cloud administration, including user support, system customization, and seamless integration with sales tools to enhance business processes.
What You Will Do Maintain and customize Salesforce Media Cloud workflows, including page layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects to meet the evolving needs of business processes.
Partner with Client Services, Ad Operations, Product, and Tech teams to develop and align platform capabilities with business strategy and goals, ensuring a unified approach across departments.
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses within Salesforce Media Cloud to ensure appropriate access and security.
Conduct regular audits and deduplication processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce Media Cloud, enhancing system reliability and usability.
Provide ongoing day-to-day support to the sales teams, troubleshoot system issues, and implement necessary enhancements to optimize platform usage and functionality.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, monitor forecasting, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Own the sales and revenue pipeline health by managing account tiering, business units, channels, and margin mix to ensure alignment with business needs, conducting periodic reviews for data integrity and process alignment.
Train new users on best practices for Salesforce Media Cloud and create comprehensive documentation to ensure system adoption and user competency.
Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, and Operations leadership teams to streamline and improve the order-to-cash processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Implement automation features and integrations with marketing platforms, ad servers, and order management systems to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
Monitor the performance of Salesforce Media Cloud and recommend improvements based on system performance metrics and user feedback.
Lead and manage business justification for Salesforce-related CRM projects, including upgrades, new feature rollouts, and third-party integrations to support ongoing business needs.
Act as the liaison with Salesforce support and external consultants, coordinating issue resolution and ensuring system updates and enhancements are handled efficiently
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing or related field and 7+ Years General Advertising Experience
5-7 Years proven experience supporting digital media sales teams (e.g., programmatic, direct, or cross- platform ad sales).
2-4 Years working in Salesforce Media Cloud or similar CRM / OMS Platforms
