Job summary

Copyleaks is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations & Marketing Operations Analyst who combines analytical rigor with operational savvy. This role owns our Salesforce ecosystem and marketing stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive efficiency and growth.

You will architect and optimize data flows, dashboards, and cross-channel campaigns, employing AI tooling to automate tasks and deliver actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.
• Integrate marketing tech stack with third-party tools and APIs.
• Analyze operational workflows and automate tasks with AI tools.
• Design unified reports and KPI dashboards across Salesforce and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve processes.
• Provide executive and board-facing reports with cross-department metrics.
