Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to shape and optimize our marketing operations using advanced Salesforce technology. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFMC and a proven ability to optimize the platform to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align marketing technologies with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate with marketing, data, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SFMC solutions.
  2. Configure and manage journeys and campaigns using Journey Builder and Automation Studio to automate and enhance marketing processes.
  3. Optimize email templates, dynamic content, and personalization through AMPscript.
  4. Manage Content Builder to deliver engaging, personalized communications.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns, workflows, and platform functionalities.
  6. Develop advanced segmentation strategies for targeted messaging.
  7. Provide technical documentation, guidelines, and training materials for team members and stakeholders.
  8. Assist with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other marketing technologies and CRM platforms.
  9. Partner with CRM owners to ensure data integrity, including email preferences and contact data, and identify opportunities for data enrichment.
  10. Utilize Data Cloud to create and activate audience segments for marketing automation and campaign targeting.

Experience & Skills Required :

  • Expertise in AMPscript for email personalization, dynamic content, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices, including Journey Builder and Audience Builder.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and deploying SFMC solutions for marketing teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant are advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
