About the Position

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will develop innovative solutions for complex digital marketing requirements, owning solutioning, development, and documentation of SFMC implementations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SFDC Marketing Cloud services, including Email, Content Builder, Journey Builder, SMS, Einstein, Automation Studio, and Data Cloud.
• Support sales efforts with Salesforce on new business opportunities.
• Design scalable solutions for complex projects, ensuring system integration.
• Create customer journeys and experience strategies.
• Develop targeting and personalization strategies using data.
• Advise on digital marketing KPIs and metrics.
• Build client relationships and manage expectations.
• Train users and promote adoption of Marketing Cloud.
• Support internal resources and shape practice capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify cross-selling opportunities.
