Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and custom platforms.
• Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity, integration architecture and data exchange strategies.
• Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce.
• Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven engagement strategies.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Architecture, MuleSoft integrations, Agentforce solutions, and AWS Connect platforms. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale solution design, integration strategy, cloud architecture, DevSecOps alignment, and customer engagement transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution governance, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
• Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
• Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
• Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
