The creative group at Salesforce has an opening for a senior designer supporting our 1:1 Account Based Marketing (ABM) creative team. We are looking for a talented, collaborative person who can create intelligent, original, and effective content, as well as develop a strategy around it. This role involves leading projects and managing agency and vendor relationships. Experience with virtual events and direct mail is a plus!

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Building project direction and liaising with agencies, providing feedback throughout all stages of a project
• Working closely with the in-house art director, designer, and copywriter to deliver excellent work on every aspect of a project
• Managing open-ended, ambiguous, or ill-defined projects from start to finish
• Acting as a mentor for junior creative staff
• Flexing across disciplines and wearing multiple hats, thinking beyond what it means to be a designer and acting as a holistic creative strategist
• Understanding the business and industry of our targeted brand accounts
• Researching accounts to thoroughly understand the target audience and project information
• Bringing an attitude of humility, integrity and fun to your work and leadership
• Demonstrating a capacity to remain positive and be decisive with a bias toward action during times of ambiguity
• Prioritizing projects to manage multiple tasks at once and working with project management to meet all deadlines
• Maintaining strong, trusted relationships with all members of the creative team, as well as members of the campaigns team
• Working quickly and effectively under tight deadlines

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

• Minimum of 4+ years experience
• Master level experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience designing in Splash is a bonus.
• Established portfolio that displays long-term client relationships, integrated campaigns, and effective, compelling designs
• Strong conceptual skills
• Experience with corporate marketing and branding, and a clear understanding of marketing strategies and concepts
• Strong presentation skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing creative direction, especially on ambiguous projects
• Able to work independently and take initiative to find information and deliver solutions
• Experience designing for both print and web. Direct mail and packaging experience is a plus.
• Experience working directly with a print vendor to source and complete a project
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including outside creative agencies

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $104,000. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
