What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Operations to align solutions with customer goals
- Build and manage relationships with customer leaders, overseeing complex proposals from origination to closure
- Lead solution design and orchestration across the employer, partners, and clients
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on evolving client needs
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure client satisfaction while managing portfolio P&L for profitable results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in consulting or IT services, specifically in Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Sales and Business Development experience with various Salesforce Clouds
- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI and AI technologies in the Salesforce industry
- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage client executives and internal stakeholders

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience in Professional Services Consulting and Consultative Selling
