Job summary

Smart4 Cloud Limited in New York City is seeking a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect for a long-term C2C engagement on a hybrid basis. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce, 3+ years as Architect, and proven Health Cloud implementations.

You will own end-to-end Salesforce architecture, drive secure integrations, and set standards across Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs. This contract opportunity is 12 months with extension potential; onsite two days per week, with visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
• 3+ years as Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent
• At least 2 end-to-end Health Cloud implementations
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs and data architecture
• Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare/clinical systems
• Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 interoperability standards
• Understanding HIPAA and healthcare-data security requirements
• Experience leading developers and integration teams
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud
• MedTech/digital health/ cardiovascular care familiarity
• Salesforce Architect certifications (CTA, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture across Salesforce Health Cloud
• Translate complex business/clinical requirements into scalable solutions

• Lead design reviews and guidance for developers/integration teams

$120-$140 per hour C2C, depending on experience

We're working with a growing medical technology company looking for a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect for a long-term C2C engagement. This opportunity is aimed at an established Salesforce contractor with extensive Health Cloud architecture and healthcare-integration experience

They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture of a major Salesforce transformation supporting healthcare professionals, patients and internal business teams.

The role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure and effectively integrated with wider healthcare and enterprise systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical architecture across Salesforce Health Cloud
• Translating complex business and clinical requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Designing integrations between Salesforce and healthcare, clinical and enterprise platforms
• Establishing development standards across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and APIs
• Leading technical design reviews and guiding developers and integration specialists

Required experience

• 8+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in an equivalent architecture role
• At least 2 end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementations
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs and Salesforce data architecture
• Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare or clinical systems
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare-data security requirements
• Experience providing technical leadership to developers and integration teams
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud
• Previous experience within MedTech, digital health or cardiovascular care
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect or CTA certification
• Experience supporting AI-enabled healthcare products

This position is available on a C2C basis. Consultants must operate through an established business entity, be authorised to work in the United States and be able to work onsite in New York City twice per week. Visa sponsorship and employee benefits are not available.
