Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field or equivalent.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, integration patterns) strongly preferred.
• Database design and optimization experience; translates complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams; strong Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions that drive Personal Insurance digital transformation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical approaches and solution strategies.
• Drive code reviews, establish testing strategies, and ensure adherence to development standards across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing expert-level problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and platform optimization.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and influence architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge-sharing resources.
