Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce tools to deliver secure, high-quality applications.

You will participate in CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps and Gearset, collaborate in Agile teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
  • Active Trailblazer profile showing ongoing platform education.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Gearset).
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Ensure code quality through reviews and testing.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Salesforce tools.
  • Configure and support Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and Platform Events.
  • Design and implement event-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Platform Events and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and related configurations.
  • Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, Gearset, and source control best practices.
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote development standards and best practices.
  • Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to architectural standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, CIS, or related field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
  • Active Salesforce Trailblazer profile demonstrating continued platform education.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce declarative development, including data modeling, Lightning UI, business logic, security, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
  • Experience with Salesforce security features and configurations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform Events and event-driven integrations.
  • Experience using Git or other modern version control systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Gearset, or similar.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Experience mentoring junior software engineers.
