Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Salesforce Architect/Developer in the United States to lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will drive governance across multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and shape integration strategies with external systems.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of Salesforce design and development experience.
• Strong Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and integration patterns.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, security model, and CI/CD tooling.

Salesforce Architect / Developer, responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.Translate business requirements into technical architecture and high-level design.Ensure solutions follow best practices around security, performance, and scalability.Provide governance and architectural oversight across multiple projects and teams.Lead technical discussions and review implementation approaches with developers and consultants.Define integration strategies with external systems and data sources.Mentor junior developers and admins; promote a culture of technical excellence.Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies.Assist in the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and code reviews.Support the creation and maintenance of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.Collaborate with QA and business users to test and debug solutions.Learn and apply Salesforce best practices in security, development, and deployment.Document technical specifications and solutions.
