Job summary

Cloud Brite Systems India Private Limited is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to configure Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features for client contact-center and loan-servicing workflows. This remote/hybrid role supports the US market and collaborates with the Salesforce Lead Engineer.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of Salesforce development, and strong Service Cloud experience, with Agile/Scrum delivery in government contracting contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling a plus.
• Prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.
• Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.
• Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.
• Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.
• Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
• Assist with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.
