Job summary

HESFP LLC, a Cherokee Federal owned company, seeks an experienced Salesforce DevSecOps Program Manager to lead automation, standardization, and secure delivery across the Salesforce and enterprise development lifecycle.

You will design CI/CD strategies in Harness.io, develop Python orchestration, and manage deployment pipelines with a focus on security and compliance. The role requires US citizenship and eligibility for a Government Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 11 years of general work experience.
• Experience managing DevSecOps environments and deployments for low-code/no-code Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce sandbox and production environments and metadata configurations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience using declarative Salesforce deployment tools and DevSecOps tools such as Harness.io, Copado, Flosum, or Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Harness.io CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata deployments across multiple sandboxes and production environments.
• Develop and maintain Python-based orchestration and business logic layers to extend Harness.io capabilities.
• Author and maintain pipeline YAML configurations, templates, and reusable components following a three-layer architecture.
• Build and maintain custom tooling for delta deployment generation, drift detection, backups, and structured reporting.
• Manage container images, artifact repositories, and pipeline infrastructure dependencies.
• Coordinate with developers, administrators, and release managers to promote metadata through environments from development to production.
• Define and execute the DevSecOps roadmap and drive continuous improvement of deployment processes.
