Qualifications

• 6+ to 8+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience with large-scale ecosystem.
• Experience with Copado, AutoRabit and Git workflow in multi-team environments.
• Strong automation-first mindset and deployment governance across sandboxes.
• Hands-on with SFDC Platform capabilities: SFDX, Apex, Lightning, Vlocity.
• Experience integrating security code-scanning tools (Snyk/Checkmarx/SonarQube).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Salesforce code deployments for releases across multiple environments.
• Support and guide multiple application development teams on a federated Salesforce platform.
• Maintain and manage code with version control and build configurations.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using leading DevOps tools.
• Integrate DevOps with automated test suites and post-deployment checks.
• Drive continuous improvement of release processes and pipeline architecture.
