Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer II to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation across Salesforce environments. You will collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Gearset, Copado, and AutoRABIT.

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination for the role.
Experience in Salesforce DevOps, release management, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Manage Salesforce releases, environment promotion, source control, and deployment activities.
Support deployments using Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar tools.
Administer Git repositories, including branching strategies and access controls.
Ensure teams follow source control, release management, and deployment standards.
Govern release processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure solutions.
Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues and support production releases.
Develop deployment documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
Drive automation and DevOps best practices for release optimization.
