Nature of Work

The Salesforce Development Supervisor, located in the Division of Information Technology, is responsible for all aspects of the Salesforce platform, including planning, designing, developing, configuring, customizing, testing, training, documenting, and implementing improvements and new systems, as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support.

• Develop solutions and enhancements on Salesforce;
• Mentor and review work of Salesforce Administrators and Developers;
• Recommend purchases of licenses and storage;
• Support system administration for Cornerstone and Human Concepts platforms;
• Define best practices to ensure compliance with laws and policies;
• Develop technical requirements and specifications for projects.

The position reports to the Cloud Services Manager and is located in Baltimore, Maryland, with possible hybrid telework options.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent coursework/experience.

Experience: Four years in software design, development, testing, and maintenance, with at least two years in Salesforce development.
