Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing on Salesforce with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform capabilities.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce with declarative tools: Flows, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and objects.
• Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, user requests, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as the primary internal resource for day-to-day Salesforce development and administration.
• Partner with external Salesforce consultants on larger projects and integrations.
• Assist with data imports/exports and API-based solutions as needed.
• Maintain system documentation, participate in code reviews, and follow version control practices.
• Ensure data quality, platform security, and long-term scalability.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide user support.
