Job summary

Falls Technology is seeking a Salesforce Developer for an on-site role in Herndon, VA. You will design, build and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows on a small, hands-on team delivering fast results.

Qualifications include 3+ years in Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP API integrations, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering. US citizenship is required for this 100% on-site position.

Location: On-site in Herndon, VA (Full-Time).

Build Salesforce solutions that modernize how government programs serve people. You'll design and ship Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrations on a small, hands-on team where your work reaches users fast.

What you'll do

• Design, build and deploy custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows


• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON


• Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and automations


• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and improve performance


• Document solutions and contribute to architecture discussions in an Agile team

What you bring (required)

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development


• Apex, LWC and Visualforce


• Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs


• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field


• U.S. citizenship
